Service Status

Peoplesafe is aware of the PHP vulnerability reported on 21 October 2026.

The vulnerability was confined to our corporate website environment, which is hosted separately from our customer platforms. Nexus and its associated services were not affected and continue to operate securely.

Appropriate remediation measures have been implemented. There is no evidence of any impact on customer data or services. We will continue to monitor the situation and will publish an update here should there be any further developments.

The security of our customers’ data remains our highest priority.
